  I would rate my service 10 stars if I could. My technician was awesome. I expected a clean bill of health when he came for my yearly maintenance check up, but he found some issues I was unaware of. He found mold! I was shocked. He explained that I needed to be sure to scrape food off the dishes, run hot water in the sink and run the garbage disposal before starting a cycle in the dishwasher. To remedy the problem, he recommended putting a bowl of vinegar in the dishwasher once a week for a month and running it and then doing that every month thereafter. He also found some problems I was having with my refrigerator and showed me how to simply remedy them. He was excellent! Well worth the cost of the maintenance agreement.

  Update. My washer wasn't emptying and had to be put on an extra spin/drain cycle. Steve, my technician, diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the needed parts and scheduled a follow up appointment. I was relieved he was the one who showed up to repair it. What put him in the "exceptional" category was the care he took with my home. He had to take the machine through my doorway and he was so careful not to scratch my paint. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but it really is. My machine is working perfectly again and my doorways are scratch-free. I am so happy with my service and my technician. Another 10 star service call.
