  I had a long drawn out review to post, however I figured that I would bullet point my issues.
  1. Response time is horrendous. I had to constantly text/email/call to get any kind of response. It was beyond frustrating and upsetting (especially for a pregnant woman) POOR POOR communication.
  2. Turn around time to receive maternity pictures was 6 weeks. My baby was already born and 2 weeks old before I even saw my maternity pictures. Pictures were only uploaded onto the CD the morning of my newborn session (even though Kirsten stated they had been ready the week prior)
  3. When I brought up my concern with some of the maternity pictures, Instead of fixing the issue, she voiced how my criticism hurt her feelings. My requests were never addressed.
  4. Newborn session rescheduled (due to Kirstens illness) after baby was already 3 weeks old. He was too alert and fussy for the session, and did not get the experience and expected pictures I requested. I know newborns have a mind of their own, but waiting that extra weeks DEFINITELY didn’t help.
  5. Turn around time for edited new born pictures was 3 weeks.
  6. Many pictures of the family were edited poorly. Weird bumps on my face that are extremely visible. Pictures of requested cousins was a mess to say the least, she gave one picture that can never be printed and displayed. Absolutely horrendous.
  7. When above concerns brought to Kirsten’s attention, she again voiced how sad she was that I didn’t like the pictures. I absolutely loved the new born pictures, just needed some of the family pictures fixed.
  
  My overall experience was stressful and not what I expected at all. I spent $550 for a product that I thought was going to be different. I didn’t feel as if the same care and attention was put into my pictures as I saw displayed on Kirsten’s FB and website. When my concerns were brought to her attention, she didn’t fix the issue, she deflected and said she was sad. I am sad too because i can never get those moments back. If I would have known this was going to turn out this way I would have booked with a different photographer.
